Industrial Visit to APPSquadz Software Pvt. Ltd.

The Department organized an industrial visit to APPSquadz Software Pvt. Ltd. on 5th and 6th February 2026 for B.Tech (CSE/IT) 6th Semester students. A total of 90 students participated in the visit, which was arranged to provide practical exposure to industry operations and align academic knowledge with market requirements. The visit also supported institutional quality initiatives related to experiential learning and employability enhancement.

During the visit, students were welcomed by company representatives and introduced to the organization’s structure, services, and growth journey. The company presentation highlighted its expertise in application development, cloud solutions, enterprise services, UI/UX design, and digital transformation for both national and international clients. Technical sessions conducted by domain experts provided detailed insights into software development life cycles, project management practices, and current technology stacks used in live projects.

Students were given the opportunity to observe workflow practices and interact with the Human Resources team to understand recruitment processes, required competencies, internship opportunities, and career pathways in the software industry. The interaction session helped students gain clarity regarding resume preparation, interview expectations, workplace ethics, and the importance of continuous skill development.

The visit significantly improved students’ understanding of corporate culture, teamwork, and professional communication. It strengthened the institution’s relationship with the company for future internships and placement collaborations, while also motivating students to enhance their technical and professional skills
