With the rapid change growing in the economy, Red Carpet industry has a great market demand nationally as well as globally. This industry is one of the preferred destinations of multitudes of students worldwide seeking established and reputed placement jobs.
On 1st Feb 2018, Red Carpet visited B.S. Anangpuria Educational Institutes for Campus Drive, The Campus drive was for all the candidates pursuing B.Tech. in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communication and IT graduates. Students from all the streams actively participated showing full zest towards the start of career with the desired placement opportunity.
There was a great deal of enthusiasm among final year students when company visit happened at a college campus for placement. Students came forward with their queries regarding company, placement procedure and the Placement Cell members readily helped them.
The company began with the pre-placement talks followed by the group discussion and interview rounds. After the recruitment process was over, 13 students, luckily were intimated about their selection.
Any graduate or Post Graduate can apply for the employment in Red Carpet. Smart and Goal Oriented professionals who can own and run entire verticals around growth and distribution in Delhi is that what Red Carpet demands. The priority and preference are crowned by the ones who are active in College events, Clubs, Event management and Campus Ambassador programs. Compared to other job sectors/ companies, the work scenario is quite different in Red Carpet Industry. The motto behind the different work culture sets a path for Employees to interact with customers to set up distribution channel and run growth. The role of the Employees in the Red Carpet family includes Driving Sales, Agent Management and growth hacking for user acquisition. One has to set a comfortable environment while working on the ground with small stores to working with Mail Chimp. Red Carpet, fundamentally, is a lending company where one should easily be able to absorb the ethos of working in a frame of risk, operations, and accounting. A candidate would be required to work in Field and sell the Financial Product along Tie-ups and Collaborations.
The candidate would be rewarded with fixed INR 17,000 with the toppings as the bonus of INR 3000 during probation of 4 months. After probation, the salary would be rewarded with a promised increment of INR 8000. To sum up with the professional working in Red Carpet would be given INR 25,000 after the probation apart from bonus and incentives.
